Meet The Team​

 Colleen Meyer​, ​Ed.D, MBA

Dr. Meyer has over 30 years in training and development of staff and leadership, operational and strategic management, and marketing experience. She has a MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of LaVerne. She also has a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and Change Management as well as a Certificate in Learning, Education, and Leadership (LEAD), both from the University of Southern California (USC). In her spare time she is a volunteer business instructor at the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center, presents SCORE workshops, and mentors students who have recently graduated from or currently enrolled in business school. 
Dr. Meyer is a Board Member of SCORE-IE
Dr. Meyer is a member of the NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners).

Kristin Downing
Cultural Anthropologist 

​Kristin has a BA in Cultural Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach. She is a member of the American Anthropology Association, Society for Applied Anthropology,  as well as the Society for Urban, National, and Transnational/Global Anthropology. Her interests include anthropology of linguistics and urbanization.

Cultural anthropologists studied society, culture, and human interaction. It focuses on cultural approches to ideas and functionality. Anthropology of business helps companies understand diversity, communication, and local/global needs

While some marketing techniques aim to increase awareness or to educate markets about a company’s products or services, direct marketing’s sole goal is to persuade the recipient to take action.

Frank Parrillo
Direct Marketing and Video Expert

Frank has been in the direct marketing business for over  25 years. His expertise has been in direct mail and video advertising. On top of creating high end marketing videos for businesses, Frank has also produced over 20 films working with such stars asTom Arnold and John Ratzenberger. Frank has a degree from DeVry University.
